Maddy joined New Wave in 2021, starting as a bookkeeper and quickly progressing into an accounting role thanks to her strong technical skills and practical approach. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Financial Management) and brings over seven years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, with a particular passion for e-commerce businesses. Maddy enjoys helping clients make sense of their numbers and feel confident in their financial decisions.

In the office, she’s best known for creating the much-loved dog roster and will happily steal cuddles from any dog that walks through the door. Outside the office, you’ll find her with sand between her toes, a good latte in one hand, and a sweet treat in the other.
