Suite 5, 2481-2483 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach, on the highway between Nobby Beach and Broadbeach. We are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 2pm. Most of our Gold Coast clients meet us here for tax planning and year-end, and handle the rest by video or phone. If you would rather we came to you, we do that too for advisory and virtual CFO clients.
Do you work with businesses outside the Gold Coast?+
Yes. The office is on the Gold Coast, and we work with businesses across Brisbane, Northern NSW and the rest of Australia the same way: a designated team, Xero and our client portal, monthly or quarterly meetings by video. Location changes where the meeting happens, not who is on the file or what the work costs.
What size of business do you work with?+
Mostly owner-led businesses turning over $1M and up, with an average client group revenue of around $2.5M and the largest well past $65M. Below $1M the monthly package is usually more than the business needs, and we will say so on the discovery call and point you to a firm that fits. Above that, the more entities, staff and moving parts you have, the more useful the designated team becomes.
How do I switch from my current Gold Coast accountant?+
